All prints are produced in-house using our Sawgrass SG1000 printer and genuine Sawgrass SubliJet UHD inks - ensuring vibrant, high-quality results every time.

📩 How To Send Your Design
To keep things simple and ensure the best results, all custom designs are sent directly to us via email.

You can send:
• PNG file (preferred)
• PDF
• Canva share link
 
🛠 How To Create Your Design (Canva Guide)
Open Canva and click Create a Design
Select Custom Size
Choose your required size:
• A4
• A3
• Mug Wrap (102mm x 241mm)
Upload your graphics and arrange your layout
Click Share → Download
Select PNG or PDF
✅ Tick Transparent Background
Email your file to us once ready
⚠️ Please ensure your sizing is correct before sending, we print exactly as received.
 
⚠️ Important Information
• All files must be free from copyright infringement
• Images are automatically mirrored for printing (this is done by the SawGrass Software)
(If you do not want mirroring, please state this in your email)
• If your preview appears blurry, please don’t worry, this will not affect your final print
• Orders containing custom prints will be dispatched together once completed
• Please refer to the website banner for current turnaround times
